Hi, I’m your trainer and coach, Jennifer Wolfe! I’m ready to help you with over a decade of education and experience in the heath and fitness field. I have a Master Degree from Western Illinois University in Exercise Science, Sport and Exercise Psychology and also in Fitness Management. I was a high school and college athlete and have competed in sprint triathlons and figure / fitness competitions. I’ve done everything from managing a fitness center to teaching undergraduate college courses. My extensive nutrition training has proven useful in helping people achieve their health-related goals. I’m a nationwide presenter and author of several published articles. I truly love helping people look and feel better both inside and out! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
